This dry cider is made from a mixture of heirloom apples with the majority being a rare apple called Porter's Perfection. This bittersweet apple is a highly regarded British cider apple. It was slow fermented in the summer of 2022 and aged a year and a half in tank. This delightful cider is finally ready to drink!
